Note*If you're already in active mode with any of the preset programs (such as Yeast, Dough, or Tempering), there’s no need to switch to Manual Mode. Each program is fully adjustable, allowing you to simply increase or decrease the temperature and time by using the +/- buttons corresponding to the program you're using.
1. Access Manual Mode:
Start by selecting the “Manual” option from the touch screen’s main control panel. This unlocks your ability to fine-tune each step of the bread-making process, giving you complete autonomy.
2. Set Your Preferences:
Once in manual mode, you can precisely adjust the temperature and time for any stage of dough preparation. This includes fermentation and proofing. The flexibility here lets you cater to specific recipes or preferences, whether you're working with any yeast-based dough, sourdough breads, or even a gluten-free loaf. The same applies to the tempering program.
3. Hands-On Control When You Need It:
Baking often requires manual interventions—like a coil fold, reshaping the dough, or adding extra ingredients mid-process. With D'BakerAid, you won’t need to worry about stopping and restarting the entire process. Thanks to the detouch bowl mechanism, simply remove the bowl from the Smart Hub to automatically pause the program. Once your task is done, place the bowl back, and D'BakerAid will seamlessly resume from where it left off.
