Returns & Warranty

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

  • Unused & in original packaging (all accessories, bowls, manuals, and protective inserts, in resalable condition) — refunded in full. An item that was opened but not used and is still resalable also qualifies for a full refund.
  • Opened or used — still returnable within 30 days, refunded at the product price less a 15% restocking fee (see Section 5).
2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Products damaged by misuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • Products with intentional or accidental physical damage caused after delivery
  • Items missing major components that prevent resale or refurbishment
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

Defective units are never “non-returnable” — they are covered in full under the 2-Year Warranty (see below).

3. Return Shipping Responsibility
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
4. Damage During Return
  • Products returned with damage caused by inadequate packaging, missing protective inserts, or improper handling during return shipment

will not be refunded.

5. Restocking Fee

Opened or used items returned within the 30-day window are refunded at the product price less a flat 15% restocking fee, which covers return shipping and inspection/repackaging. Unused items in original packaging are refunded in full with no restocking fee. The fee is deducted from the refund amount.

6. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: within 5 business days after the return arrives and passes inspection.
  • Original processing & handling charges are non-refundable.
WARRANTY POLICY
7. Limited Warranty Coverage

We provide a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Failures under normal household use
8. Warranty Exclusions
  • This warranty does not cover:
  • Accidental damage, drops, or impact
  • Glass breakage after delivery
  • Improper use, misuse, or neglect
  • Incorrect voltage or electrical supply
  • Power surges or lightning damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
9. Warranty Resolution

If a valid defect is confirmed:

  • We will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
  • Replacement units may be new or refurbished.
  • Refunds are issued only if repair or replacement is not possible.
10. Proof of Defect Requirement

To process a warranty claim, we may require:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Serial number
  • Photos or video showing the issue

Failure to provide sufficient proof may delay or void the claim.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
12. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
