The Greek Olive and Sicilian Dry Tomato Bread with a Hint of Dry Onion is a flavorful and aromatic bread that combines the richness of Greek olives, the sweetness of dry onions and tomatoes, and the heartiness of whole wheat flour. Ingredients:

  • 300 ml warm water
  • Teaspoon sugar
  • 25g fresh, or 11g dry, or 7g instrant dry yeast
  • 250g white flour and 350g whole wheat flour
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Dry onion, dry tomato, dark olives, any seeds.

Instructions:
