PAYMENT METOD

The Customer can pay on this website with Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.

The Customer who may select this payment method during the purchase process will be directly redirected to the website of the bank with which Matrix Tech Development, SLU has a collaboration with.

The data concerning the Customer's credit card entered on the bank's website are sent directly to the bank using a secure protocol (HTTPS), without Matrix Tech Development, SLU being entitled to store or process such data.

The price of the products purchased by the Customer will be charged to the credit card indicated by the Customer at the time the Customer selects the “Pay” option on the website of the corresponding bank.

For security purposes, Matrix Tech Development, SLU reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel any purchase transaction for which payment has been processed.

In such case, Matrix Tech Development, SLU will notify the Customer of this event and will refund the full amount of the purchase to the credit card used by the Customer in the purchase process within a maximum period of 15 days from the time the Customer made the payment.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RETURN AN ORDER

Customer is not satisfied with the order:

The Customer has the right to cancel and return an order made within 7 days from its reception for a full refund (shipping costs are not included).

The Customer can do so for any reason – even if the Customer simply changed your mind and as long as the product is in a perfect condition.

In order to process a cancel or return order, Matrix Tech Development, SLU provides the Customer with the following e-mail address: c.care@dbakeraid.com

This e-mail requires: the Customer’s name, the order number, the cancel and return’s reason and the product identification.

If the Customer has been received a broken or defective product:

The Customer has 2 days from the reception of the order to notify Matrix Tech Development, SLU the problem.

Matrix Tech Development, SLU immediately undertakes to analyze the Customer's case in a tailored manner and to propose a solution.

In all cases, the Customer will have the following 2 options:

  • Exchange the product for another identical product.
  • Request the return of the product and receive the full amount (including shipping costs).

In order to notify an incidence in the reception of the product, Matrix Tech Development, SLU provides the Customer with the following e-mail address: c.care@dbakeraid.com

This e-mail requires: the Customer’s name, the order number, a detailed explanation of the product’s incidence, and pictures of the product where the defect can be appreciated. Accordingly, the Customer must consider that it must be a manufacturing defect, therefore, Matrix Tech Development, SLU will not accept returns of products with damage resulting from improper use.

Common information for exchanges and returns whether the Customer is not satisfied with his order or if the product has been delivered broken or defective:

  • They will always be delivered to the same address where the shipment was made.
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted on used products.
